Jennifer's research interests include the ecological and social impacts (and management implications) of human – nature interactions; sustainable tourism; protected area tourism; community engagement; conservation and social equity; Indigenous and Traditional knowledge systems, and how these can combine with Western science to enhance conservation and social outcomes; environmental behaviour change; and natural resource management more generally.
