PreviewThis dataset is shows the distribution of inshore seagrass along the eastern Queensland coastline. It is a composite of 38 surveys conducted from 1984 to 2007.
The exposure of Great Barrier Reef coral reef and seagrass ecosystems to contaminants is estimated from the synthesis of: river discharge, water quality data sampled in inshore sites during flood conditions and the use of remote sensing technology to estimate flood plume extents and duration. River discharge:
PreviewThis dataset consists of shapefiles that correspond to the model grids used in the CSIRO eReefs hydrodynamic and biogeochemical models. These models store their results in multi-dimensional NetCDF files using a curvilinear grid.
The objective of this project is to assess how management of local stressors such as land runoff can help improve the resilience of coral reefs to global stressors (climate change) which are more difficult to manage. Complementary laboratory and field experiments will investigate the combined impacts of declining water quality (increased nutrients and sediments, and reduced light and salinity), increased sea temperature and ocean acidification on key reef species groups such as corals, foraminifera, crown-of-thorns starfish and rock-boring sea urchins.
PreviewThis dataset contains line features depicting road classification within the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. There are five categories of roads in the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area roads where motor vehicle use is allowed by the public. These are as follows:
PreviewThis dataset contains estimates of diffuse attenuation coefficient (Kd) of downwelling irradiance at different wavelengths (412, 443, 469, 488, 531, 547, 555, 645, 667 and 678 nm) in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park and Coral Sea for each day from July 2002
PreviewThis dataset consists of summaries of benthic, fish and manta tow surveys conducted in the Capricorn-Bunker Region of the Great Barrier Reef in October 2015. It consists of three tables:
PreviewThis dataset shows the extent of the dugong sanctuary in the Torres Strait which prohibits the taking of dugong (area, gear and method restrictions). The dugong sanctuary is a legislative boundary which is outlined in the
PreviewThis dataset contains polygons depicting geology as deliniated by botanist J.P.Stanton and geologist D.J.Stanton within the Wet Tropics bioregion.
PreviewThis dataset contains the caffe deep-learning framework along with the setup for image aesthetic train and test code for the Algorithm data.
