Laboratory experiments on the susceptibility of Irukandji polyps to common pesticides conducted at Griffith University.

Experiments on the effects of water quality stressors on Irukandji suggest that detected concentrations on the Great Barrier Reef of the common pesticides Atrazine and Imidacloprid will not have a significant effect on Irukandji polyps. The effects of other environmental properties are also being investigated.
