Measuring coral photosynthesis under variable light intensities

Respirometry assays to determine rates of photosynthesis in corals under different light intensities, and how this is affected by variable light. Each coral nubbin is enclosed within a chamber, and changes in the oxygen concentration of the seawater within are used to calculate rates of photosynthesis.
