CSIRO's Peter Thorburn meets with staff from Willis Towers Watson in Sydney to discuss elements of the project.

Peter Thorburn from CSIRO attended a breakfast at Willis Towers Watson Sydney by invitation, on 16 October 2018. This was specifically to meet with Rowan Douglas, CEO of Capital, Science & Policy Practice at Willis Towers Watson, London. Rowan brings significant experience connecting finance, development, sustainability, research and climate change challenges. This includes leading the creation of the Insurance Development Forum (IDF) within the UN, helping industry, governments and international institutions to meet the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Climate Agreement. Rowan was specifically interested in learning about the progress we're making in our project.
