Spotted mangrove (Rhizophora stylosa) with mature propagules

Spotted mangrove (Rhizophora stylosa) with mature propagules. These propagules germinate on the parent tree, where they continue to grow. Once they fall from tree in the water they can endure for several months in a semi-dormant state.
