Description
This image shows recovery of reef building corals is occurring, after Tropical Cyclone Hamish removed most of the live coral in this area of Reef 21-529. The Long-term Monitoring Program is able to track coral recovery through juvenile coral surveys and through fixed transects that allow the team to track changes in coral cover.
