Graphs of a score of coral community assessment for the Wet tropics, Burdekin, Whitsunday and Fitzroy regions

Assessment of coral community condition. The regional estimates of coral community condition aggregate assessments of four indicators: coral cover, coral cover change, macroalgal cover and juvenile hard coral density. For reporting under the Paddock to Reef Monitoring, Modelling and Reporting Program the scores are categorized into a five point scale represented by a colour scheme reflecting the condition of reefs: red (very poor), orange (poor), yellow (moderate), light green (good), dark green (very good). Here the underling scores are presented allowing a more sensitive depiction of coral reef community condition through time.
