Using the eAtlas to find research data - Training video

In this video we demonstrate how to use the eAtlas (https://eatlas.org.au) to find data to help with your research questions. In this video we focus on finding datasets using the eAtlas website, its metadata system and the mapping system.

The eAtlas is a data repository that focuses on the marine and coastal areas of tropical Australia. It is one of the primary data repositories for research projects from the National Environmental Science Program Marine and Coastal (NESP MaC) hub. It contains hundreds of datasets covering seagrass, coral reefs, bathymetry, mangroves, erosion, satellite imagery, effects of climate change on marine environments and water quality.
