Flatback and hawksbill turtle migration routes

Indicative migration paths based on turtle tagging data of flatback and hawksbill turtles through the northeast Australian seascape. The data show the extensive movement of turtles along the east coast of Australia as well as longer movements into the Coral Sea, Torres Strait and into international waters (Source: www.gbrmpa.gov.au).
