Detecting marine heatwaves
Description
Example of using temperature data from the AIMS R/V Cape Ferguson to detect marine heatwaves in comparison with NOAA OI SST v2 daily temperature data. The marine heatwaves were defined following the methods described in Hobday et al. (2016).
