Recovering wave buoy at Cape Cleveland

The Cape Cleveland wave buoy being recovered. The Queensland wave buoys are arrayed along the Queensland coast providing long term monitoring of waves and temperature. The data is useful for coastal validation of satellite imagery and knowing the sea state during weather events.
